Meet Mission Control: The Ascential Founders

Leading the crew at mission control are Akash Sandhu and Laila Sandhu. a dynamic duo with a shared passion for excellence and teamwork.

Akash, a graduate of the University of Houston with a BBA in Supply Chain Management, grew up in the restaurant industry. He's an award-winning operator and a valuable asset to numerous franchise advisory councils. His vast experience, strategic insights and leadership have shaped our brand strategy and operations.

Bringing a wealth of experience from technology and management consulting, Laila is our Co-Founder and Operating Partner. Her expertise in maximizing business performance and driving revenue growth has been instrumental. With a background in finance, Laila's strategic thinking and attention to detail enrich our leadership team.

Working together, their diverse skill sets create a powerful foundation for Ascential.
